Oxmoor Farm Foundation values the health and safety of all of our visitors, volunteers and staff, and fully supports the evolving state and national effort to control COVID-19. In light of this health crisis, we postponed our annual music series, which has been rescheduled for 2021 and we’re working on new outdoor events where we can safely social distance. We are open for tours by appointment. Check our website for further details. “It’s a pleasure that through this pandemic, historic sites are still building relationships with descendants of enslaved people.” – Joe McGill, Executive Director, The Slave Dwelling Project
Join us for a virtual discussion “Engaging Descendant Communities” led by Joe McGill, founder of the Slave Dwelling Project in partnership with Farmington Historic Plantation, Historic Locust Grove, Oxmoor Farm Foundation, and Riverside: the Farnsley-Moremen Landing.
